Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the www.babycouture.co.za website. By purchasing or using the service you agree to these Terms.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors. For that reason we have taken, and will continue to take, measures that protect the personal information of our clients. These details will be used exclusively for our records and will never be released to a third party or used for any other purpose other than what you have allowed.
PRICES AND COSTS
Prices as advertised on the website are current prices. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
ORDERS
Orders will be delivered as per address information supplied by the customer to BABY COUTURE. The store indicated delivery term is an approximate and there is no right to compensation if actual delivery takes longer.
SHIPPING
Some orders may receive several deliveries as we will sometimes dropship directly from another warehouse if we do not have stock.
REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect or if it is the incorrect product, you may return it to Baby Couture within 7 working days of delivery. Baby Couture will be liable for the delivery charges incurred (on authorization by Baby Couture) or Baby Couture will arrange for collection of the defective/incorrect product.
You will either receive a refund (defective items only) or credit note/online voucher, or the product may be repaired or replaced. The courier will be incurred by the client.
If an order is not collected or is returned to Baby Couture within 7 working days and in its original condition/packaging, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
